[Mono-ue] Build error in EmbeddedMono.Build.cs

Problem solved. For future readers, my patches were not correctly applied.
Note that on Windows the wildcard (*) does not necessarily expand when
executing "git am Engine/Plugins/XamarinUE4/Patches/*".
