[Mono-ue] Build error in EmbeddedMono.Build.cs

Hi,

I believe I'd followed the steps detailed here
https://mono-ue.github.io/installation.html.

After dropping in the mono-ue plugin, during rebuild in VS2013 I get the
following error regarding Linq namespace in EmbeddedMono.Build.cs.

error CS0234: The type or namespace name 'Linq' does not exist in the
namespace 'System' (are you missing an assembly reference?)
27>EXEC : error : UnrealBuildTool encountered an error while compiling
source files
27>C:\Program Files
(x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft.Cpp\v4.0\V120\Microsoft.MakeFile.Targets(38,5):
error MSB3073: The command "..\..\Build\BatchFiles\Build.bat UE4Editor
Win64 Development" exited with code -1.

I thought I'd double-check the framework version and referenced assemblies
in UnrealBuildTool.csproj, but had no luck fiddling there.

Suggestions?
