[Mono-ue] UE 4.5.1 and Mono UE

Same, though it wasn't without bugs. I think I've fixed the majority and got hot reloading working correctly, though something was fussing up when the editor shuts down with some mono thread.

Along with how we can share progress with our 4.5 patching progress, do we know what version of mono we're using? It'd be helpful for debugging on the mono side of things.
