[Mono-ue] UE 4.5.1 and Mono UE

It's okay to post small snippets and to talk about your experience and
issues you run into.

I haven't tried porting to 4.5 myself so I'm not sure of everything
that would need to be updated/fixed but I believe these two patches
from our patchset were merged upstream before 4.5 branched:

* Add module gen include dir to ShouldExportClassesForModule
* Plugins can hook game project generation

And the 7 commits by Robert Manuszewski that we cherry-picked from
master in July should be in 4.5, so those can be skipped too.
