[mono-packagers] Packaging mono and monodevelop

That's not really clear if you have a look at the download page:
http://www.go-mono.com/mono-downloads/download.html
There is clearly stated: Latest Stable Version: 2.10.x  and Beta Version:
3.0.10, there is no information that this is only for MacOS or not.

That's not true sadly. The monodevelop webpage stated the latest release as
4.0.8, but the download link point to a non-existing file. The latest
version on the FTP is monodevelop 4.0. And on the front page of monodevelop
is version 3.0 advertised.

Don't get me wrong on this topic, I really like the mono framework and all
the stuff around it, but it's really hard to keep the overview of new
packages or source tarballs.
