[Mono-osx] MRE Only

Thank you for the response.

I've checked and the latest version to offer a MRE only is 3.10. Current MDK
installation takes 600MB of space, that's why I asked. And Duplicati
(http://www.duplicati.com) does not include it, so I was hoping to save some
room in my small SSD.
