[Mono-osx] MRE Only

Huh. I just wrote a condescending response, "Go to the download page" and figured I'd toss in a link to the download page. But now I see, I would have been a dick if I sent it, because when I got to the download page, ...  The MRE doesn't exist anymore. Only the MDK is available now.

This is a recent change, I'm surprised by it.

Why do you care to trim down the MDK to just the MRE? The difference is 200MB vs 60MB.

In the present day, generally speaking, apps don't require the MRE at all, as the mono runtime is included with the app.
