[Mono-osx] mono-basic missing from Mono 2.10.11 MDK

Hi,

The mono-basic lib (Microsoft.VisualBasic.dll) seems to be missing from the Mono 2.10.11 MDK that MonoDevelop installed today.  Is this on purpose or an error with the packaging?

I was previously using Mono 2.10.9 and mono-basic was there so it either disappeared in 2.10.10 (which I missed) or 2.10.11.  I can work around it, it's not critical, I only use it for the TextFieldParser class but would be good to have an official word on it.
