[Mono-osx] Create Mac Installer - missing menu item

I just upgraded to MonoDevelop 3.0.2 and even though my project is selected
in Solution Explorer and is selected as start up project, "Create Mac
Installer" is missing from Project menu. Is anyone else having this problem?

Make sure the MonoMac project is the startup project and its selected in the
Solution Explorer.
