[Mono-osx] MonoDevelop 3.0 Include Mono runtime in application bundle

In Mono Develop 3.0, the "Create Mac Installer" menu option has been replaced
by a "Mac OSX Packaging" build option.

The previous version of MonoDevelop worked well when doing this; but 3.0
seems to fail with the following error:

Merging Mono Runtime into app bundle

---------------------- Done ----------------------

Build successful.
Build failed. Path doesn't exist!

The only reference wrt MonoMac that I found with this message was inside a
mono source checkin for the command line tool.

Anybody know which path it is unable to locate? Assuming I'd get the same
error via mdtool command line. I *think* I have a very vanilla install on a
MacBookPro. I also have MonoTouch and MonoForAndroid installed.
