[Mono-osx] Monodevelop don't automatically updates the designer code

I'm writing a small application that uses QTKit with Monomac. To build the UI I'm using the Mike Hutchinson's tutorial:

But Monodevelop don't automatically updates the designer code when it draw ui with interface builder.
I don't know Cocoa very well and I can't understand how use and declare the UI objects from MonoDevelop.
I'm using Monodevelop 2.9.5 and Mono 2.10.9
