[Mono-osx] How to cancel a request in WebView.

According to what I've been able to figure out you should be able to
inspect a request via webView:shouldStartLoadWithRequest of the
UIWebViewDelegate.  However I can't seem to find this delegate MonoMac.
 Where is this delegate defined in MonoMac? (I've consulted the docs and
can't seen to find it there either).   There is a WebUIDelegate but that
doesn't seem to provide a binding for shouldStartLoadWithRequest.   If
there is another way to cancel a UrlRequest in monomac please let me know.
