[Mono-osx] CFProxySupport in MonoMac

Please correct me if I' wrong but the latest MonoDevelops have been shipping
with more recent GIT revisions of MonoMac.

I'm currently working on proxy support for our Application and it appears
CFProxySupport and CFNetwork at not available, even tho they have existed in
MacCore for some time.

Is this by design? are they not ready for public use? or is it a mistake?

FWIW, I've tested and it returns the correct proxy.
