[Mono-osx] Getting the ASP.NET Visual Designer to work within Monodevelop on Os X

Hi,

This has probably bitrotted terribly. Nobody has maintained it in at least
2 or 3 years, and it uses the now-extinct gluezilla for rendering. I
wouldn't bother wasting any time on it--it's existence in the repo is as
much historical artifact as anything else.
