[Mono-osx] Error creating NSView in MonoDevelop

I realise its not good form to answer your own questions but I realised it
was me not using the correct procedure ... the subclass of NSView should be
created in MonoDevelop which then synchs correctly back to Xcode (not the
other way round which is what I have been trying!!).
