[Mono-osx] mmp exited with code 252

Just installed the 2.11 alpha (MDK not MRE) and new monodevelop but can't
build a release version of eg. sample Monomac project due to merge failing.

Here's my version information:

MonoDevelop 3.0.4.3

Runtime:
	Mono 2.11.3 (master/d57a2bc)
