[Mono-osx] MonoMac is not adding my outlets to my C# files

I have the latest updates of all MonoMac/MD.
After I create new outlets in Interface Builder (and bind them to controls),
Im not seeing any changes in my C# code...
Why arent these bindings being generated?

I know this is a rather vague questions, but Im happy to post any diagnostic
output anybody needs...

Thanks - I'd really love to get started coding in MonoMac - but this is a
bit of a hurdle!
