[Mono-osx] MonoMac Packager Doesn't Work?

Hi, If I opt to create only a package then I get the error "Unhandled
error in packaging". When I try to install Application Tools 1.1 it says
that I need Xcode 3.2.5, however I have Xcode 3.2.6, so I can't do that.

Next I tried to create an installer. This worked. Running it also works
- no errors. However no icon is added to my list of Applications and
Spotlight can't find the installed application.

Help! What do I need to do to get this final step working?

I am using MonoDevelop 2.6.0.1 and MonoMac 2.6.0.62.
