[Mono-osx] Opening MonoDevelop 2.5 projects with 2.6 fails with "unknown item type"

Hi Eric,

When I updated to 2.6, the MonoMac add-in was disabled initially. I had 
to update it manually in MonoDevelop->Add-in manager... for it to work 
again. Have you tried that?
