[Mono-osx] Opening MonoDevelop 2.5 projects with 2.6 fails with "unknown item type"

Greetings,

I just installed MonoDevelop 2.6, but whenever I open an existing MonoDevelop project, I get an error message like this:

Could not load project '/Users/zig/Projects/Mono/monomac/samples/DocumentSample/DocumentSample.csproj' with unknown item type '{1C533B1C-72DD-4CB1-9F6B-BF11D93BCFBE};{FAE04EC0-301F-11D3-BF4B-00C04F79EFBC}'

This happens not only for my own projects, but also for the sample projects which came with MonoMac.

Any suggestions for how to resolve this?  For the time being, I've reverted to MonoDevelop 2.5, which works as well as always.
