[Mono-osx] Deploying MonoMac Application

Thanks to Andrew I was able to build an installer that worked at installing
my application.  However when the application starts it prompts the user to
install the mono framework.  I did to a build of the installer using
PackageMaker including the mono RT package.  That worked at installing the
application without having the prompt but it inflates the application
package.  What I want is to install the application with the minimal set of
libraries needed by the application.  Or perhaps is there a way to
circumvent the version check that then prompts the user to install monomac.
