[Mono-osx] Deploying MonoMac Application

I ran into bugs with creating an installer that way. Instead I create a
bundle using MonoMac and then use Apple's Package Maker to create the
installer. Has a lot more features and actually works.

I put the C-based libraries in the same folder as my executable.
