[Mono-osx] Mono WebBrowser on MAC OS X

The Mono team no longer works on WinForms, so the WebBrowser control will
have to come from the community.

I don't think there are particular pitfalls, just lack of resources to make
WinForms on Mac better (WebBrowser is not an isolated case, but the tip of
the iceberg).

I can't help you, but hopefully someone else will.
