[Mono-osx] MonoMac Packaging fails

Hi Steve,

  Thanks for the tip, but I don't have a version 2.4.2.2 of the MonoMac
add-in, and the Add-In manager only lets you install the latest version. 
Don't suppose you know where I can get the older version from, so that I can
do an install via the Add-in manager file import?
