[Mono-osx] MonoMac Packaging fails

Hi Eddie,

I also have a similar problem and have been watching this thread for
replies. However, I only started getting this problem when I upgraded the
MonoMac MonoDevelop addin from 2.4.2.2 to 2.4.2.4, so if your need is
urgent, you could try going back to 2.4.2.2 and that might get you going
