[Mono-osx] The linker does not show up.

This is our bad.   It turns out that we left some code that removes the
UI to pick the linker options.

We will do a MonoMac 1.1 with this fixed and a few new features.

In the meantime, you can test this by using the MMP command line tool
that is included with the addin, although we dont have documentation on
how to use it.
