[Mono-osx] Installing Docs

Hello Matthew,

    Thanks for these instructions, i am sure they will be useful to a lot of
developers, let me add something else:

> If you are feeling courageous, go into the source code distribution for
Monomac, make sure that you have a build and then do:

cd monomac/docs
make run

This will merge the XML documentation that is on the source code
distribution with Apple's documentation, and will provide a lot of summaries
and documentation bodies.
