[Mono-osx] NSMutableArray: sortUsingDescriptors equivalent

Hello everyone,
I'm looking for a way to sort a list using sort descriptors. I've a
collection which binds to a NSTable. When user clicks on header, I want to
sort the collection. My problem of sorting is similar to this stackoverflow
answer:

The only difference is that I need to sort a List instead of
NSMutableArray.

Any help will be appreciated.
