[Mono-osx] HTML comments are not parsed correctly / IE Conditionals break page

Oops, sorry... Didn't check the user names, or I'd have noticed you posted in
it.

I don't use Mono for the web, so I can't confirm the bug. But I think it was
brought up in the mailing list sometimes ago (like, not long after 2.6 was
released or so). Looked for it, can't find it back.
