[Mono-osx] HTML comments are not parsed correctly / IE Conditionals break page

Thanks for the reply Stifu

I think its a bug too. In fact, I re-opened that bug you linked to exactly a
month ago. I didn't get any responses or verifications so I thought I'd try
here to see if anyone else had noticed the bug or knew how to work around
