FYI I've done this and committed it.
To build you need to set up ACLOCAL_FLAGS and PATH as directed by
http://monodevelop.com/Developers/Mac_Support/Building_MonoDevelop_on_OS_X
then run autogen.sh, make, etc.
Right now you still need to fix glib-gettextize by hand, and you might
have to find a copy of glib-gettext.m4 and put it in
/Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework/Versions/Current/share/aclocal.
These will be fixed in a newer version of the CSDK.
