[Mono-osx] How to hide mono and windows form in Mac Dock

I am having the exact same problem with the current version of mono. This is
nearly two years old, but has it ever been resolved? I am finding zero
information about it, and currently have an (unanswered) Stack Overflow
question open.

If anyone can help, please let me know. This is pretty much a deal breaker
