The seminary work is Aaron Hillegas' "Cocoa Programming for Mac OS X". It

It would be nice if we could get folks to help create a step-by-step guide,
similar in spirit to those books, but focused on the C# world of things.

We could organize that on the GitHub pages, and use those as a wiki.   That
is another great way of assisting the effort.
