[Mono-osx] [MonoMac] Cocoa programming book

The seminary work is Aaron Hillegas' "Cocoa Programming for Mac OS X". It
gives a very good overview over Cocoa which also applies to MonoMac.

This video podcast goes through the exercises in the book. Look for the
first English episode and just follow it from there.

Also come back here and post. The discussions seem to be very active and now
many experienced .NET programmer are starting to learn about Cocoa, bringing
them all down to my level. :-) (I am an inexperienced hobbyist Cocoa
programmer.)
