[Mono-osx] Mac OS X and 64bit support

I attempted to get mono to build 64-bit on OSX, but got stuck.  It
does get farther if you build your own gc 7.1 (which has osx-64-bit
support), but it still fails somewhere in the mini code, and I'm not
an assembly guy so I have no idea how to fix it.
