[Mono-osx] Win form will not quit from dock. You must do 'force quit'.

You can CC yourself on the bug so that you know when the status changes 
to fixed.

Sometimes things are targeted for a particular release, but they don't 
get fixed for one reason or another, so your best bet is to follow the bug.
