[Mono-osx] GTK# Project in MonoDevelop

Yes, MonoDevelop on OSX does not include the STETIC GUI designer. This does
not mean that you cannot work on GTK# projects in MD, but you cannot use
STETIC.

Still, Glade, GladeLib and Mono are still in my opinion much better tools to
create GTK# apps. If you need some help in this regard, just let me know.
