[Mono-osx] MonoDevelop 1.9 for OS X release!

Hi,

hope this is not confusing:

By renaming the problem "deployment-addin could not be found" could  
not be solved.
I had a look into the addin manager. I deleted the deployment addin  
and tried to reload it.
No success.
I downloaded monodevelop once again and renamed to MonoDevelop.app.
No Success but the error message changed to "Source Code Editor" not  
installed.
After renaming to Monodevelop the application started (with german  
language package activated, looks good!) but the system complained  
about the missing XML editor.

Maybe this helps fixing the bug (if it is one).
