[Mono-osx] MonoDevelop 1.9 for OS X release!

Sorry maybe the terminus "scratch" was confusing.
I just deleted mono (I didn't use the recent version) and monodevelop  
and installed them once again.
However the situation didn't change. On startup the error still occurs.
