[Mono-osx] Re ferencing older mac frameworks

I am having a problem executing a C# program on my Mac. the application will
reference both AppKit, and Foundation frameworks. but it requires the older
versions of these, I don't have them. Is there a way to change the
references to allow it to use the new framework versions? I have provide the
.dll files if necessary.
