You should use Windows Forms. You will have designer support in VS and  your
program will run on Windows/Mac/or Linux. If you are porting your app i
would assume it is already in Windows Forms. You can use MoMA to find out
how much of your app runs in Mono. On the Mono Wiki there is a good guide to
porting Windows Forms
