[Mono-osx] Can't type in textbox (2.0 and 3.0)

There is hope! I compiled and tested the latest branch of the code and the
GUI is excepting keyboard inputs. If you cannot wait for the next release
you can build your own interim binaries. It is actually quite simple once
you know what to do.
