[Mono-osx] Can't type in textbox (2.0 and 3.0)

Welcome to the club. This bug has apparently been fixed but I’ve been waiting
for more than 3 months to see the fix. It did not make the last release.
I’ve been told to compile my own framework if I want the fix before the next
release which is only due on July 21st. Currently I cannot compile on a 10.5
PPC Mac because MacPorts is also broken.
