Guys,
That sounds great, I'll try to do a small mock of what I would like the
webpage to look and fill, I'll try to post it ASAP so we can have some
discussion. By initial filling is to have a CMS since that will allow the
different users to edit the webpage easily, maybe an integration of news,
"wiki", and different tutorials and articles that the rest of the people can
summit. 'm going to check the following ones to see how much can we play
with them(order does not matter):
1.drupal
2.mambo
3.mojo (runs on mono, would be nice to use it since we plan to use it too)
4.plone
5.joomla
6.Any other that you guys know about
My approach would be to install all of them in my server and try to do some
research to find out:
1. How easy is to personalize the web (would be nice to have our own
personality)
2. How easy is to create content.
3. How much code is there for it such as extensions etc...
I'll post my findings here and the urls of my experiments, that way people
will be able to play with the settings a have an opinion about how they want
the webpage. ASAP we have decided what we want and what to do I'm happy to
use my server (is getting dusty now) and get the url pointing at it.
About meeting in IRC I am quite busy during the week but we can arrange a
meeting during the weekend when anyones wife/girlfriend/friends won't
complain about it (mine does not really understand why I'm so long at the
computer, she thinks I'm watching porn :) )

Guys,
I'm working on getting a few things on objc2# rounded out so at
least its previewable. I'll post that for friday. People can review
over the weekend and we can schedule an open meeting to discuss the
future with everyones concerns next week sometime (wednesday-ish so
people have the weekend / begining of the week to collect thoughts /
feedbacks / etc).
I'll try to do it around 1-2pm EST so that its not too late for europe
and not too early for PST.
