[Mono-osx] "Hello world" in Cocoa using Dumbarton/Mono

My browser is swimming with pages from Google.

The goal is an application written with a Cocoa GUI using middleware  
components written in C# wrapped in Mono using Dumbarton as  
connectors to bind to the Objective-C/Cocoa world.

Right now I'm just trying to find where to get binaries and/or svn  
repositories to the right versions, and a lead on building "Hello  
world" using these technologies.

Any pointers, clues, advice, suggestion, or URLs of note would be  
most appreciated.
