[Mono-osx] Getting bugs into SVN

The runtime developers were swamped with work just before the holidays
and are now on holidays.
So yes, with bad timing, a bug like this can sit there for weeks.
They are not back yet, and when they come back, there is a long list of
things to do, so it could take more time.
I have reviewed your bug and added some further information, but am not
the maintainer of reflection and can not approve that patch going into
the tree.
