[Mono-osx] Getting bugs into SVN

This isn't necessarily a question about Mono on OS X, per se, but it does
affect my use of Mono on OS X.

Around the middle of last month, I created a bug in Ximian's Bugzilla
database, and subsequently attached a patch that would fix the bug (you can
see it at http://bugzilla.ximian.com/show_bug.cgi?id=80263). Aside from
someone coming in a few days later and reassigning the bug to a specific
person, there's been no further activity on this since then.

Is it common for bugs with submitted fixes to be ignored for multiple weeks,
or is this out of the ordinary? I am attempting to get my company's code to
compile and run under Mono as an experiment to see if it's viable for us to
run on OS X without having to rewrite everything for that platform, and
having this bug fix in is critical to those efforts.
