[Mono-osx] When will Immendio's GTK+ start being distributed with Mono for OS X?

All,

I'm planning on writing up a dump of OSX related summit notes to
this list in the next day or two, but I'll answer our current thoughts
on this one now as its sure to come up repeatedly.

The current plan is to split up our future packaging a bit. For the
next release we will ship 3 packages.

1 Mono package
1 Gtk+ package
1 MonoDevelop package

This will mean little to nothing for consumers; as we will ship all
three of these in a .mpkg in our .dmg. However it will give us the
ability to upgrade each of these components independently as needed in
"extra" packages.

That being said, we probably will not ship Gtk+ with 1.2.6, but in the
following weeks. In other words we're hopefully a matter of weeks
away, not months.
