[Mono-osx] Dumbarton build changes

I just checked in some changes (SVN r67419) to the Dumbarton project  
that should allow people to compile against the Mono release packages  
for PPC (it should have worked against the x86 packages already).  
Theoretically, it should also allow you to build Dumbarton for use on  
10.3 machines, but I have not verified that this works.
