[Mono-osx] Still trouble with 1.1.16

There's an uninstall script in the dmg image... run that as root.  I
should probably at least include that script in the install, but then it
would delete itself.

It would be nice, (as proposed on the list) to have another uninstaller
installer to remove Mono...
